That's not necessary, but a small error log like this would have been
helpful:

    /home/usr/src/fred/src/lilypond-1.3.140/once_i_loved.ly:170:28: fout: parse 
error, expecting `TYPE' or `TRANSLATOR_IDENTIFIER':
            \ChordNamesVoiceContext


In CHANGES, it says:

1.3.137
* removed ChordNamesVoice

Run convert-ly on your file, or change ChordNamesVoice -> ChordNames
