Hi Felix,

I've created the project. See <https://debbugs.gnu.org/Packages.html>

Done so. But since this is not an exclusive mumi ML, I didn't activate
the exclusive mode for this (meaning any new message on the list gets a
new bug number, and will be assigned to the mumi project). So I
recommend to use a separate ML.

And honestly, help-debbugs shouldn't be misused for project specific
bugs for a longer time.

Done. However, this page describes how to submit guix bugs. I would
prefer rather a page which describes how to submit mumi bugs.

Please do so. Perhaps, you start with submitting a test bug first.

If everything works well, I'll add mumi to the Emacs debbugs ELPA
package.
