Eddie is right.  Please post the original groff input file (which is,
BTW, much smaller and thus better suited to a mailing list) together
with instructions how to produce the various output formats -- I just
found out a new question for the groff HOWTO: `How do I convert this
HOWTO's source into various output formats?'
