Good. I did notice that you have no time in your test data. gpsd
wants to output full PVT solutions, and you are missing the T.
You need somethhing like a GPZDA to set the proper century, and maybe a
GPRMC, RMC stands for "Recommended minimum specific GPS/Transit data",
so considuer it a good minimum.

You realize taht gpsfake does not open any port, like what cgps
uses. See the gpskafe man page.
