Hello all,

Since the thread is already hi-jacked & about Raspberry Pi’s…

The issues that Bo is having are linux distribution related (Rasbian) and not
the hardware platform.

I run Gentoo on 14 x Raspberry Pi’s (1st Gen B to current Raspberry Pi 3,
including Zero). With Gentoo’s portage, GPSd 3.15 is the latest. Both this
version & the current head compile, install and work fine. I’m not suggesting
everyone should run Gentoo - it’s not the easiest Linux to manage.

I just wanted to chime in that the challenges are not hardware platform issues
- they are related to the Linux distribution for the Raspberry Pi that Bo is
using, which is a little slow to update…

Thanks,
Frank
