Actually, Sree, my understanding is that we might need to have people
mail in the paper. To be discussed at the meeting, I think.

Pseudonymous contributions will be fine (including signing the copyright
assignment/sharing agreement pseudonymously), just like you can be a
member of GNUnet e.V. under a pseudonym. However, no Sybils allowed ;-).
