When I briefly thought about joining Gentoo, they told me that
off line verification or 2 (trustworthy) people knowing the name
behind the pseudonym was enough for them.
We could do something similar, which would be no problem for me
as this is already satisfied (and I don't do this for anonymity
reasons).
I don't know the German Vereinsrecht well enough, but in theory
it should be okay.

I'd like to discuss this at the meeting.
