I kind of get it now. Someone should probably mention INDEX-DIRECTORY here:

Even after reading this:

still not sure what to to. Do I have to move all of my indexed files to one 
directory and then include 'INDEX-DIRECTORY="/path/to/files"' under the AFS 
section of gnunet.conf?
