People using any CVS version after 0.6.1b should be fine with just
gnunet-check -u. The reason why pre-0.6.1b does not work is because the code
that fixed the bloomfilter for pre 0.6.1b versions was removed since the
update code would have gotten quite messy (and at this point I prefer to
focus on improving functionality than preserving backwards-compatibility at
all costs).
