[Gnewsense-dev] patch for irssi bug.

I tried applying the patch after setting up the environment and using:

quilt push -a

I tried the patch in numerous positions in the series file that came
with the source package.

I get this error when applying 03firsttimer_text.patch:

Patch 03firsttimer_text.patch does not apply (enforce with -f)

I proceed to force with:

quilt push -af

Then I get a similar error:
