I think it would be more useful if you post the versions of some related
packages to compare with a working system, and update them to match.

Maybe something like: "dpkg -l inkscape libc6 libglib2.0-0 libstdc++6"

Also, delete/move your .inkscape directory to discard a buggy conffile.
