That's true. I am fortunate that most of my patches have been reviewed
in a timely fashion, but I understand Bob's frustration. The one thing
that has been annoying me most when patch review gets delayed is that
I tend to forget the details after a while. If the reviewer asks me some
specific questions during the review, it takes me a while to get back up
to speed. It's easier if the review occurred within a week. And there's
also the fact that the patch may no longer apply cleanly.

I agree with Eli that a one week delay for patch review is good.
