It's weird i tcrashes only on your machine.
Usually, this should be caused by some incomaptible installation.
Nothing helpful in the autoconf log ?

Let's compare some versions...

libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 is probably libgtk2 on debian, i have

ii  libgtk2.0-0      2.8.20-7       The GTK+ graphical user interface library
ii  libgtk2.0-bin    2.8.20-7       The programs for the GTK+ graphical user int
ii  libgtk2.0-common 2.8.20-7       Common files for the GTK+ graphical user int
ii  libgtk2.0-dev    2.8.20-7       Development files for the GTK+ library

libgobject-2.0.so.0 seems to belong to debian package libglib2, here i have

ii  libglib2.0-0    2.12.6-2       The GLib library of C routines
ii  libglib2.0-dev  2.12.6-2       Development files for the GLib library


Did you check if anything else (nautilus) is running normal ?
What is your ompiler ?
