Nope.  #'subtypep takes two args which must be _type specifiers_.
``1'' is not  a type specifier.(AFAIK)

If you had some unknown object, and wanted to check if it was a
subtype of the integer class, I guess you could do:

(subtypep (class-of <unknown-object>) (find-class 'integer))
