Depends on platform - Turbocash is opensource now, but at last look was windows-only. Apparently works under wine and they are attempting to migrate it I believe to FreePascal/Lazarus (Originally delphi app).

It's basic remit is akin to what most uk businesses use Sage Line 50 (sage sterling in old terms) for, but some parts of it go beyond that into Line 100 (soveriegn) territory.
