Have a look at this pull-request for the MuseScore sftools. It adds
SF3 to SF2 conversion:
https://github.com/musescore/sftools/pull/31
And I'm fairly sure I saw another SF conversion tool the other day
that already includes that functionality. Can't remember where,
though.
