A micro-benchmark for measuring `eq` performance takes 50 % longer to run on
scratch/correct-warning-pos than on master.

The point of the micro-benchmark was to measure `eq` since that is what has
become more expensive, and we want to know how much. It uses `memq` as a way to
reducing other factors, but obviously `memq` itself is very much of interest as
well.
