On that note, I should mention that GNU's ethical repo working group
is about to update GitLab's rating to an F[1]. I would not consider it
an acceptable place to host a GNU program.

Once the changes are made to the ethical repo page, Sourcehut will
have a B[2]. Meaning, as per the criteria[3], that it is acceptable to
host a GNU program.
