Why choose?
Is `multibyte-string-p` really a better name than `string-multibyte-p`?

Structuring the name space does not have to come at the cost of
something else, AFAICT.  Sometimes/often we won't be able to choose
a good structuring, but even in those cases we're no worse than now.
