makes sense as you added fixes for python2.4/2.5

just checked and duplicity still runs with 2.4/2.5 .. the message i got from a 
user was he couldn't install from tgz because of progress bar 2.6-isms

hopefully this is the last 0.6 release so we can concentrate on 0.7 thereafter.

Ken: can i create a branch with the webdav fix against MT's branch that you 
merge later?
