Are you sure you don't have more than one set of AWS credentials?  If you created a new bucket and duplicity is storing files in that bucket, you should definitely be able to see the bucket and it's contents via the firefox plug-in as long as duplicity and firefox are using the same set of AWS credentials.  Did you click on the "refresh folder" button in the firefox s3 plug-in?
