I'm rounding out the attribute support, and then will bang
through the Savannah bugs.

Once a few more compiler bugs have been fixed, it should be
possible to turn on normal compiles for everything except the
"mscorlib" assembly.  Then we'll be able to do live testing
of "System".  I will modify the pnetlib build system to do
this when the time comes.

For the time being, testing is easier but still requires you
to hold your mouth in the right place.
