Nupedia supports that. GNE supports NO editing, and
(when we sort out a preliminary system) only a very
open moderation system to weed out binary bombs,
adverts and articles like "hi mum!". The content of an
article should never be changed by anyone! That
defeats the whole idea of the GNE part of the project.
