How good it is to have input from others. I've been struggling with the
problem you mention for years, but never came on the idea to make the
colour clearer. I've changed it to hot pink.
Other possible colours are in the following files:
/etc/X11/rgb.txt
/usr/share/X11/rgb.txt
This one here in Bibledit-Gtk is fixed because it was easier to just
change 'khaki' to 'hot pink' rather than to have to create a user
setting for it. Patches for a user setting are welcome, though. As is a
vote for any other colour.
The change will be in the source repository by tomorrow, God willing.
