[be] Bibledit collaboration

Hi Teus and Neil,

When BE is installed on Ubuntu "from a package," git-core is not 
installed or recommended.

When BE is installed from source the instructions say to include 
git-core along with several other packages.

If collaboration is to be used, I think that git-core is required; are 
any other packages required as well? If so, perhaps this could be noted 
on the website? If it's there I haven't been able to find it.

Neil, how does this affect Balsa? We can't use collaboration as it is 
now, I think. Or am I mistaken here?
