[be] [bug #27238] can't export to Openoffice

Follow-up Comment #15, bug #27238 (project bibledit):

Today, using the brand new version 3.8.63, I can export to Openoffice, but
all the footnotes and cross references appear inside of the verse with their
USFM markers. 

BUT today BE no longer makes PDF files for me! 

Before the situation was reversed. I could make formatted PDFs, but nothing
resulted when exporting to Openoffice.

And by the way: Thanks for fixing it so that one can give an answer that will
be remembered about whether to load cross references.
