Oops, I may have said the opposite of what I tried to say. What I meant to
say (but didn't say) was to close all windows, and have only one open, the one
you're trying to export.

What you said about the stylesheet may be true. That may be the cause of all
problems. You could try creating a new, full, stylesheet, then see how it
goes. In the mean time I'll also try your stylesheet.
