[be] [bug #27238] can't export to Openoffice

Follow-up Comment #18, bug #27238 (project bibledit):

Using 3.8.66, I am able to export to Openoffice again. Printing a PDF also
just worked, but there are differences.

In Openoffice, the endnotes are formatted properly, but the /fc special
footnotes and the plain /f notes are still just appearing with all their
format markers in the text.

In the PDF they appear in the right places.

By the way, in the PDF, if would be nice if the endnotes had 
    a few blank lines 
    or even a horizontal line, 
    or a page break 
before them.
