Hello Randy,

thanks for the info.

Maybe it is possible that the avrdude.conf is slightly different, because i 
remember another problem.

I compiled my version on Oct  1 2014, but i didn't remember what i checked out.

I can try the Ubuntu version, but better i check out the correct release r1343.
How can i do that?

Then i will try to compile this for Debian 8 (Jessie).
