Hi Bob,
The "V2" stuff in the XML file is supposed to be the succeeding data
format. However, to keep backwards compatibility, the format of the XML
files that are shipped with AVR Studio have been kept the same and the
"V2" stuff has just been embedded into the existing format.
So it's pretty much a safe bet to expect the V2 information to continue
to be in new XML device files.
