Stereo isn't independent Counterpoint but a subtle
balancing act.  That aside..

..  you do seem to be making very heavy weather
of this issue.   I used two files last time, simply as
another example.  So back to one then.  This time,
I've extracted your Peanut MP3  track, and panned
it,  Last example on this page,
