I'm unable to get 1.1.1 working on my brand new Debian squeeze box.

I've tried both the official debian package and a manually built source,
I've tried both build and fastbuild, I've tried both db4.7 and db4.8,
I've tried both the included cryptokit and the system's one and also
I've tried with a dump of mine and a dump from another place but the
result is always the same: the db process works and the recon process
die almost instantly with the following log.

2011-01-25 18:23:46 Opening log
2011-01-25 18:23:46 sks_recon, SKS version 1.1.1
2011-01-25 18:23:46 Copyright Yaron Minsky 2002-2003
2011-01-25 18:23:46 Licensed under GPL. See COPYING file for details
2011-01-25 18:23:46 recon port: 11370
2011-01-25 18:23:46 Opening PTree database
2011-01-25 18:23:46 Setting up PTree data structure
2011-01-25 18:23:47 PTree setup complete
2011-01-25 18:23:47 Initiating catchup
2011-01-25 19:10:16 Raising Sys.Break -- PTree may be corrupted:
Failure("add_to_node: attempt to reinsert element into prefix tree")
2011-01-25 19:10:16 DB closed

I've also tried to upgrade a copy of database from the old host (which
was running on a Debian etch with db4.4), but the result is equally bad:
after an enormous sync between db and recon (ending with ptree having
more than 6GB of logs) at the first key exchange with a peer the recon
process die with the following error:

Raising Sys.Break -- PTree may be corrupted: Failure("remove_from_node:
attempt to delete non-existant element from prefix tree")

I have no clue on what is going wrong...

Please help, as keyserver.linux.it host doesn't exists anymore and I'm
unable to get sks working on the new machine.

Thanks in advance,
Marco

P.S: I wonder if I'm the only having this issue, or it's a problem
common to all fresh squeeze installations.
