[gcmd-dev] Migration to C++

Hi folks,

Just FYI - I've managed at last to migrate the project (both HEAD and
DEVEL branch) from C to C++ :o)))

>From user perspective - it has not changed anything (except from making
executable slightly bigger by ~0.5%), but I believe it'll give a real
boost for coding. Please test the latest code from svn repo.

BTW - there is no additional dependencies than previous ones.
