[ft] ft2 compile problem with GNU make

ft2 version: freetype 2.1.10

problem:

F:\Tex\FreeType\freetype2>make --debug setup

 File `setup' does not exist.
   File `dos_setup' does not exist.
  Must remake target `dos_setup'.
process_begin: CreateProcess((null), type builds\newline, ...) failed.
make (e=2): ÏµÍ³ÕÒ²»µ½Ö¸¶¨µÄÎÄ¼þ¡£
make: *** [dos_setup] Error 2
