ft2test was something I threw together as a proof-of-concept to show *one* 
possible way to implement some *basic* API testing... it really either needs 
a lot more tests added, or a bit of a rewrite/rethink - it would be great to 
automatically generate some of the test code (e.g. the parameter validation 
stuff - which by hand is very tedious to do).
