Well, there are a lot of people who are unhappy that you have a man
page for each C function without a proper namespace restriction.

Are you volunteering to do that? :-) Currently, we use a special tool
to extract properly formatted comments in the source files to produce
the FreeType API in HTML form.  If someone has time it could be
improved by adding more cross links.
