[DotGNU]C# Binding for Tcl/Tk.

Hello Everyone,

If any of you want to help test and or play with a Tcl/Tk binding for
DotGNU, please send me an e-mail, and I'll send it to you once I get a few
docs done this week.

What you can do so far:

- Call Tcl interpret functions
- Call Tk inter pet function
- Pass data to and from Tcl
- Setup call backs into your C# code to handle GUI event, etc...
