See the clrwrap program in pnet CVS ... a standard command which can wrap
all the VMs ...

clrwrap hello.exe should be capable of taking care of that problem ....

Java had this very same (where is the VM ?) problem for a loooong time ..,
but some how everyone managed to use it some way or another ... Still most
Java programs deploy with a .bat script to do the heavy lifting ...

I guess we should talk more about this when we have a fully functional 
engine running on Win32 native ...
