Why not, however it will only works if the install prefix used
for HLA_TestsSuite is the same as the one used for CERTI.

Note that with an installed CERTI you may source

<install_prefix>/share/scripts/myCERTI_env.sh
or
<install_prefix>/share/scripts/myCERTI_env.csh

which will setup appropriate env var for CERTI usage, including
CERTI_HOME.
