Additional minor comment:
Would you mind adding
LIST(APPEND CMAKE_MODULE_PATH "${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/share/scripts")
to HLA_TestSuite/CMakeLists.txt?
This would enable cmake to find CERTI installed on the system, without
the CERTI_HOME variable being specified.
