I want to write farsi in Gnome and it is just matter
of layout to do,
Does anyone have gnome xkbmap for Gnome Layout
Switcher or I must make it from arabic layout,
Writing Farsi in Gnome is very easy. You should add these lines in your XF86Config(Replace these with this line in the file: XkbLayout "us"): XkbLayout "ir"
XkbOption "grp:alt_shift_toggle"
After this, you can write farsi with pressing Alt+Shift (Left Keys).
