I believe the issue is fixed with commit 
8a739f0a71c32d2810543b6633e59a2b50908e2e.

A memory out-of-bounds access (read and write) happened with unknown-sized file 
and a terminal width below 50. Also, in rare cases, a division by zero could 
happen which possibly has been reported as a floating point exception.
