Today on another Fedora 40 system similar things occurred:
```
[pairman@pairface 1]$ wget -i wget-list-systemd --continue --clobber=no
0 files                0% [h]       0          B/s


                          [h]

                          [F]
double free or corruption (out)
Aborted (core dumped)
```

And after rerunning without ```--continue --clobber=no``` it works normally 
again. But for a progress bar it also shows huge percentages around 16k% or 3k%.
