For the OSCP disabling by default, I have just submitted the backport in the
fedora package: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/wget2/pull-request/9
For the tcp fastopen feature having issues inside our organization, it's a
least caused by a lack of support of this feature from the Palo Alto firewall:

So other organization might hit this in the future if PaloAlto doesn't fix
their support of this tcp feature, as RHEL 10 will be released in 1 year and
will ship wget2 as the default wget as well (since it's based on Fedora 40).
