This looks to me as if they update their OCSP response every week. Not sure how 
often the CDN picks up the OCSP response... depending how that workflow is 
implemented, there might be a (short) time where we reject the connection.
But that is a different thing.

Do you have an example where `nextUpd` is -1 ? (I'll start checking the top 10 
websites or so.)
