Dear Tlf users,

I've modified some part of Tlf for SSB mode WAEDC contest. Most
of that isn't visible in regular users - I've chenged the logline
format (store the exact frequency), all QTC has the unique time,
not the block...

I'll be online at next weekend, and will make the contest - if
anybody get any problem, please report them.

Of course, both side works as well: EU and DX stations can use
the Tlf.

One thing remained: the merge script. I'll made it soon - but the
current isn't works with the new version.
