The USA 1X1 calls are an abomination. Although K seems to often signify  
an offshore operation, the rules allow any K, N or W prefix to be  
requested for temporary (15 day) assignment for any US entity.

Then there are all the new French "T" prefixes.  Fortunately cty.dat  
keeps pretty up-to-date in adding the "exceptions".
