Actually not. You also have to consider pinning. So Synaptic doesn't
always selects the latest version available. A good example would be the
whole experimental stuff. I am not 100% happy with "best", too. But
should we ignore the mentioned issue?

The word "ChangeLog" only exists in cvs trees and is no real life word.
It is a question about being consistent: I named the title of the
properties dialog "%s Properties" to be consistent with the GNOME
desktop (nautilus) and I don't want to use different naming schemas in
synaptic.

I haven't noticed this. So I will pay attention to this in the future,
but I don't want to change the existing strings.
