[Swarm-Modelling] A problem with Jar and EXE

Hello,

           Now I want to compile my .java files into jar, but how can I include Swarm.jar into my jar?  And how could I turn jar to exe file? 

I use NativeJ to turn it, but when I ran it, it shows that can’t get the Swarm.jar’s method.

How could I solve it?
