SD, Voxin and punctuation

Hi,
is there a chance to adjust punctuation for Voxin with SD?
I've set SD's punctuation to "some", but unlike Espeak I can't define
which characters were spoken.
I can adjust it via screen reader, but Orca doesn't have this ability;
it depends on the possibilities of SD.
Moreover: Rate and Pitch also are not controlled by SD, however Orca
does adjust them.
So what to do to get full control of Voxin via SD?
